1. Are your suits ready-made or custom-made?
All our suits are 100% custom-made. Each suit is tailored according to the measurements, fabric selection, and customization details provided by the customer.
2. How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website. After completing your purchase, you will be asked to submit your body measurements using our Measurement Guide.
3. When do I need to submit my measurements?
Measurements should be submitted before placing your order. Production begins only once all required measurements are received.
4. How long does it take to make and deliver my suit?
- Tailoring & processing time: 10β15 business days
- Shipping time: 7β10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders.
6. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed and tailoring has started, cancellations or modifications are not possible due to the custom-made nature of our products.
7. Do you accept returns or provide refunds?
No. Since all suits are custom-made according to individual measurements, returns and refunds are not accepted.

8. What if my suit doesnβt fit perfectly?
Each suit is stitched with extra fabric allowance for minor adjustments.
- You may get minor alterations done by a local tailor.
- In justified cases, we offer an alteration reimbursement of USD $20β$30, subject to review and approval.
9. Who is responsible for measurements?
Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate measurements. We strongly recommend using a professional tailor or carefully following our Measurement Guide.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through trusted third-party payment gateways. Payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
11. Will the suit look exactly like the images on the website?
We make every effort to accurately display our products. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to:
- Fabric batches

- Screen display differences
These variations are normal and not considered defects.
12. Do I need to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
