At Custom Made Suits Online (https://custommadesuitsonline.com), all suits are custom-made to your exact measurements and preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have the following cancellation policy in place.
1. Order Cancellation Window
- Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
- Once we receive your measurements and start tailoring your suit, cancellations are no longer possible.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
- To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately after placing your order.

Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
- If your order is successfully canceled before tailoring starts, a full refund will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be canceled in the following cases:
- Tailoring has already started
- Measurements have been submitted
- Fabric has been cut or stitched
These measures are necessary because each suit is made exclusively for you.
5. Alterations and Adjustments
Even though cancellations are not possible after production, minor adjustments or alterations can be done by a local tailor.
- In justified cases, an alteration reimbursement of USD $20–$30 may be provided after review.
