At Custom Made Suits Online, every suit is custom-made exclusively according to the measurements and preferences provided by the customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy, outlined below.

No Returns & No Refunds

Since all suits are custom tailored based on individual measurements, styles, and fabric selections, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Measurement Responsibility

Customers are required to provide accurate body measurements at the time of ordering.
All suits are produced strictly according to the measurements submitted by the customer.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that the provided measurements are correct and final.

Alteration Allowance (If Required)

We understand that minor fitting adjustments may sometimes be needed. Therefore:

Each suit is produced with extra fabric allowance to facilitate minor alterations.
If reasonable alterations are required and verified, the customer may get them done by a local tailor.
Upon justification and approval, we offer an alteration reimbursement of USD $20–$30, depending on the nature of the alteration.
Alteration reimbursement is provided only after review and is not automatic.
